Campbell Fresh includes Bolthouse Farms, Garden Fresh Gourmet and the company’s refrigerated soup business.
Campbell Soup’s adjusted earnings-per-share guidance missed Wall Street estimates, and the company said it will sell its international businesses and fresh food unit.
