Jun 11, 2013 · Hotpoint recommend you do a maintenance wash at 90 degrees with their special cleaner once a month to avoid this plus it helps so your machine won’t smell. If you use washing powder clothes seem to be cleaner as they have a bleaching agent in. I don’t think it would contaminate other laundry, just rewash at 60 degrees. Hope this helps.
Apr 03, 2008 · Semen ALWAYS comes out in the regular laundry cycle. I mean, obviously don’t leave your dirty clothes laying around for months or anything like that. Stain Stick gets out everything from period messes to spaghetti sauce to coffee. They don’t advertise that it gets out semen because semen doesn’t stain clothes.
