Oct 08, 2014 · Hvis man får 60 knekkebrød, vil hvert knekkebrød inneholde ca.63 kcal. Jeg fikk totalt 48 knekkebrød ( 16 stk. pr brett). Disse er da litt tyngre og inneholder ca. 79 kcal pr. knekkebrød. Er man opptatt av å holde kalorinivået nede, bør mengden av gresskarkjerner og solsikkefrø reduseres noe og erstattes med f.eks. litt mer havregryn.
